In the heart of a property of more than 70 acres, the Fompesquiere cottage is an invitation to relax in the heart of nature. This valley located in the Pays de Serres is crossed by a stream that feeds three ponds where you can go boating, swimming, and fishing.

This completely independent cottage is situated within an old hamlet, away from the owners' house. A large family or a group of friends will be able to enjoy an environment that is both grandiose and intimate.

Accommodation

The cottage has been completely renovated according to eco-environmental standards (lime, hemp, poplar), the cottage offers you a living room with an equipped kitchen, dining area and lounge, a PMR bedroom (2x90 that can be pushed together in 180) with PMR shower room/wc (private terrace), 3 bedrooms (2x160, 2x90 that can be pushed together in 180) including one with a mezzanine (2x90 as an extra), a shared bathroom, and a shared toilet. Terrace with garden furniture. In a nearby pavilion, a 5th bedroom type parental suite (1x180 - 1 sofa bed for a child as an extra) with a private shower room and toilet. Sheets and towels included, and beds made. Private heated swimming pool, with salt, open all year round (supplement requested for heating).

Guest access

Access to the 70 acres of the property, outside the owners' house. Private swimming pool and terrace.

Other remarks

Free Wi-Fi. Nature walks from the cottage (11km hiking loop passing through the property). Bastides to visit: Monflanquin, Penne d'Agenais, Tournon d'Agenais ... Château de Bonaguil, gabarre ride on the Lot, canoe rental, fishing on the Lot. Farmers' or gourmet markets in summer, Foie Gras Museum in Frespech, producers nearby (prunes, hazelnuts, tourtières, foie gras, fruit). Cahors and Quercy vineyards..
